MAINTENANCE
Pivots and Linears require minimal maintenance, but certain operations are mandatory during the beginning and the closing of every season to avoid breakage or malfunction. Riego offers start-up and wintering service on all types of irrigation systems.
Main operations according to each season:
SPRING
- Tires and structure inspection;
- Sprinklers and hoses inspection;
- Oil level inspection;
- Greasing;
- Waterless operation test;
- Alignment adjustments;
- Barricade installation;
FALL
- Stop valve purging;
- Automatic purging system inspection;
- Sandbox and filters cleaning;
- Tires and structure inspection;
- Seal inspection of the control panel and the electrical connections.
SUMMER
- Filter cleaning, flush in operation;
- Sandbox inspection, clean if needed;
- Barricade location control;
- Linear : Hose displacement; between 15 to 20 minutes per displacement.
